Checklist is building its next-generation productivity platform—and we’re looking for a QA Automation Expert to lead the charge on quality. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling automated tests across web, mobile (iOS + Android), and API layers. You’ll help ensure that every feature we ship meets a high bar for reliability, speed, and user experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and implement a robust QA automation strategy
• Lead end-to-end testing across mobile apps, web app (React), and backend APIs
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and users to understand features and define test coverage
• Set up and maintain CI/CD environments
• Write and execute test plans for performance, resilience, and security
• Automate integration testing with tools like Postman, Swagger, SoapUI
• Troubleshoot and resolve acceptance test failures
• Advocate for quality-first development practices in an agile environment
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to the broader team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of experience in QA automation roles
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, JMeter, Selenium)
• Skilled in CI/CD tools and build systems
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiar with Git, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Linux
• Hands-on with tools like Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI
• Clear communicator with solid English (written + verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and curious
