🎯 About the Role
We’re hiring a Member Success Associate (Temporary) to deliver high-touch, empathetic support across email, chat, and phone. This isn’t a typical support role—you’ll be a problem solver, advocate, and operator all in one.

As the frontline voice of Function Health, you’ll help members navigate lab results, orders, and product experiences, while collaborating cross-functionally to streamline systems, improve processes, and make every member interaction exceptional.

This is a 3-month remote contract with the potential for extension based on performance and evolving team needs.


📝 What You’ll Do
• Respond to member questions via email, chat, and phone with empathy and speed
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across labs, results, orders, and logistics
• Spot opportunities to improve the experience—and speak up with solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine support workflows and knowledge base
• Participate in strategic initiatives like new workflow pilots and self-serve tools

• 3+ years in customer support, ideally at a startup or in a health-related field
• Strong written communication—empathetic, clear, and easy to understand
• High attention to detail, even with a large volume of member interactions
• A solutions-first mindset—you don’t just flag issues, you help fix them
• Comfortable in fast-changing environments where systems are still being built
• Motivated by Function Health’s mission to empower proactive health
