SupplyHouse.com is looking for a detail-driven, reliable Accounts Payable Associate based in the Philippines to join our fast-growing remote Accounting team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing vendor payments, and supporting a smooth AP process. • 100% Remote – Work from anywhere in the Philippines
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time)
• Competitive Hourly Pay: 224–251 PHP/hour

📋 What You’ll Do
• Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy
• Prepare and issue on-time payments to vendors
• Reconcile account statements and apply vendor credits
• Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
• Maintain accurate data using NetSuite and financial tools
• Conduct monthly audits of vendor accounts
• Communicate with vendors professionally via email and phone
🎯 What You Bring
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or similar financial experience
• High school diploma required (Degree in Accounting/Business preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
• Familiarity with financial software (NetSuite experience is a plus!)
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Must be based in the Philippines with legal right to work
