We’re hiring a detail-oriented, adaptable Client Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across assigned accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with medical records or ROI experience who thrives on empowering teams and optimizing workflow.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- 🧩 Manage daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with ROI agreements
- 📊 Monitor team performance and prepare weekly dashboards + monthly reports
- 📞 Answer operational questions from clients and ROI Specialists
- 📈 Identify ways to improve productivity and maintain facility revenue goals
- 🧠 Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching new and current staff
- 🗓️ Manage scheduling, PTO requests, payroll approvals, and on-site workflow
- ✅ Perform quality checks and audits as required by client facilities
- 📁 Review ROI requests for compliance with HIPAA and applicable laws
- 🧾 Handle invoicing, billing, and documentation for released records
- ✈️ Travel to multiple locations (approx. 60%) to support remote/on-site staff
✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Have a high school diploma or GED (college preferred)
- Bring 2+ years of medical records or healthcare admin experience
- Understand HIPAA regulations and know how to handle PHI securely
- Have a valid driver’s license and don’t mind frequent travel (60%)
- Are RHIT-certified or willing to pass a Release of Information certification within 90 days (85% or higher required)
- Are a natural communicator and team builder
- Can manage shifting schedules, travel logistics, and site-level challenges with poise
💲 Pay Range
- $24–$25 per hour
- Travel expenses reimbursed
