📋 What You’ll Own
• Craft clear, compelling copy that turns curious visitors into loyal customers
• Lead and implement strategy for ongoing conversion optimization across key products
• Conduct visitor persona analysis to improve conversions across sign-up and sales funnels
• Design A/B tests and run experiments on home pages, landing pages, content flows, carts, and forms
• Write, revise, and optimize copy across websites, emails, and content assets
• Research and identify new conversion opportunities and industry best practices
• Track and analyze results using qualitative and quantitative tools
• Report findings to leadership and collaborate on ongoing marketing and UX improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent written English with a friendly, human tone
• Meticulous attention to detail (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
• Conversion copywriting experience across funnels, landing pages, and eCommerce
• Strong grasp of analytics, split testing, and CRO tools
• Ability to self-assess your writing for clarity, impact, and purpose
• Organizational ninja with strong time management—especially in a remote setup
• Creative thinker with a strategic mind—you know how to make numbers sing and readers click
