📋 What You’ll Own
🧠 Client & Crew Coordination
• Respond quickly and clearly to client labor requests
• Schedule A/V crew members and confirm event details
• Communicate clearly with clients and team pre- and post-event
🕒 Timecard & Travel Logistics
• Review and update timecards within 24 hours after each event
• Coordinate and approve crew travel as needed
• Serve as the first line of support during on-call periods
🧰 Operational & Team Support
• Use event software like Lasso to manage workflow
• Maintain organized records, timelines, and communications
• Take initiative on special projects or admin duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Basic understanding of corporate live events and A/V roles
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Calm, clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Problem-solver who works well independently
• Basic math skills for timecard/payroll accuracy
• High emotional intelligence and eagerness to learn

💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet:
– Primary: 15 Mbps minimum
– Backup: 10 Mbps minimum (power outage-capable)

– Intel i3 equivalent or better, must remain functional during outages
