📋 What You’ll Own
🩺 Member Support
• Book and manage appointments with labs and clinicians
• Provide real-time chat support and troubleshoot in-the-moment issues
• Monitor member journeys and ensure workflows stay on track
• Maintain clean and accurate member databases
🔗 Clinical Partner Coordination
• Coordinate with labs (e.g., Getlabs, Labcorp) and manage SOP updates
• Audit bills against internal records to ensure accuracy
• Identify and escalate partner-related issues
⚙️ Operations & Problem Solving
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams
• Track member metrics to improve experience
• Advocate for members during weekly stakeholder meetings
• Report issues across engineering, operations, and customer support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant administrative or support role
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Empathetic, professional communicator with critical thinking chops
• Experience with chat platforms and AI tools (like ChatGPT)
• Proficiency in Notion, Airtable, Slack
• Independent, self-starter with remote work discipline
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks across time zones
💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet:
