📋 What You’ll Own
QuickBooks & Expense Management:
– Maintain income/expense accuracy
– Categorize personal and business expenses
Tax Planning Support:
– Coordinate with tax professionals
– Organize financial info for timely filing
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
– Generate QuickBooks reports
– Flag cost-saving opportunities
Administrative Support:
– Maintain calendars and task lists
– Manage CRM system and service provider relationships
Research & Strategy:
– Research industry trade shows and competitors
– Implement lead-generation strategies
Light Digital Marketing Tasks:
– Manage social media
– Create/maintain Shopify storefront


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior VA or admin experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
