Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Training: 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET (paid)
- Work shifts: Thurs–Sun OR Sat–Tues, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM ET
- 100% attendance required during first 60 days
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the voice of Mission Lane, engaging respectfully with customers by phone
- Identify causes of account delinquency and guide customers toward repayment solutions
- Negotiate with empathy and persistence to secure win-win outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service, negotiation, or sales experience
- Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling ability
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback
