Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must live in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Training: 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET (paid)
- Shifts available:
- Thurs–Sun, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET
- Sat–Tues, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET
- 100% attendance required for the first 60 days
- Workspace: private, quiet, distraction-free area with high-speed internet (80 Mbps down/8 Mbps up)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the voice of Mission Lane in a virtual call center environment
- Engage customers with empathy and respect, identifying reasons for delinquency
- Negotiate repayment solutions with persistence and problem-solving skills
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while maintaining high-quality interactions
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer-focused, solutions-oriented experience
- Negotiation or sales experience with proven ability to overcome objections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence, empathy, and composure during difficult conversations
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Growth mindset, open to feedback and improvement
