Schedule
- Full-time, remote (open to any U.S. location).
- 40-hour work week.
- Comprehensive training program (80 hours new-hire training).
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound calls and applications from clients through marketing resources.
- Review financial statements and credit reports to determine program eligibility.
- Guide clients by gathering financial information, presenting debt relief solutions, and assisting with program enrollment.
- Maintain consultative relationships with clients throughout the process.
- Execute orders using company systems and keep accurate client records.
What You Need
- 3+ years of continuous inside sales experience preferred.
- Lending or direct mail marketing experience a plus.
- Proven track record of success in commissioned sales with top-ranking performance.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt.
