• Occasional travel for industry events and trade shows
What You’ll Do
• Prospect for new leads, get past gatekeepers, and connect with decision-makers using phone and sales tools
• Create opportunities and book demos with new and existing leads
• Run engaging, challenging product demos that drive registration and excitement to use Cherry
• Follow up quickly after registration to help practices see early success
• Keep Salesforce clean with accurate notes, dispositions, activity logs, and forecasts
• Improve your approach continuously by seeking feedback and experimenting with new tactics
• Collaborate with teammates, contribute to team projects, and help raise team performance
• Travel to industry events and trade shows as needed
• Own your results and your growth
What You Need
• 1+ year of outbound sales experience selling a technology or financial product (SDR or outbound AE)
• Proven top performer status (top 10%) with quota attainment to back it up
• Self-starter who thrives in remote environments
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to influence
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Familiarity with modern sales tools (Slack, Salesloft, Dialpad, etc.)
• Comfort in a fast-changing, high-performance culture with friendly competition
