What You’ll Do
- Prospect through high-volume outbound outreach to create conversations and book qualified meetings
- Lead product conversations that clearly communicate value and handle questions and objections confidently
- Own the entire sales cycle from first touch through close while meeting and exceeding activity and revenue goals
- Execute a disciplined sales process and use coaching and performance feedback to sharpen your approach
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline moving with timely follow-ups
- Tell strong value stories and handle objections to help prospects see how the data drives smarter, more profitable decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to share market insights and refine messaging
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of exceptional sales performance
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent history of exceeding revenue goals
- Growth mindset and strong receptiveness to coaching and feedback
- Strong technical fluency with CRMs and modern sales tools (G Suite, Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Clear, confident phone communication plus strong organization and follow-through
