  • Base range: $80,000–$108,000
  • Sales incentive target: ~$76,000 annually
  • Full benefits eligible

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a sales territory within the U.S.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new SaaS business
  • Develop and execute territory plans and revenue forecasts
  • Engage executive decision-makers and healthcare operators
  • Partner with internal teams (engineering, product, implementation) to support deals
  • Expand business within existing customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
  • Deliver consistent quota performance and high sales velocity

What You Need

  • 3–5+ years direct SaaS or business software sales experience
  • Proven quota-crushing track record
  • Strong consultative sales approach with executive-level influence
  • Experience selling to SMBs or healthcare providers (HME ideal)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and Salesforce
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—competitive, organized, and self-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
