Full-time $80,000.00 – $130,000.00

We are fully remote and adding bright, talented, and driven full-desk recruiters to our team. This role involves prospecting and securing new business, fee/terms negotiation, account management, and of course, recruiting top talent for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
– Leverage our industry-leading technology, lead generation resources, and partnerships to bring in new business and grow your own book of business
– Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
– Utilizing our next generation, proprietary recruiting platform, you’ll prospect, source, screen, and speak to best candidates available in order to fill your clients’ needs
– Our platform, Cyrus, is integrated with all major job boards, resume databases, lead gen databases, and LinkedIn to provide you with every resource you’ll need to achieve and maintain a successful full desk recruitment operation
– Work alongside a leadership group built of industry leaders who put a premium on your professional and personal growth

What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
– BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
– 2+ years of B2B sales in a relevant field (Identifying Decision-Makers, Generating/Qualifying Leads, Securing New Business)
OR
– 12 months+ of agency recruiting experience with client-facing, lead generation/BD, or similar responsibilities
Nice to have/Bonus:
– Full-Desk Recruitment (Responsible for bringing in leads/clients, qualifying them, and managing the relationship
