We are seeking the best talent to become an integral part of our team! As a member of our Account Management team, you will manage and build relationships with our insurance agency clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts.
- Make 100-150 outbound calls/day
- Schedule and go through demos of our product
- Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention by the deadline
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with the client base
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
- Identify products that best fit each client’s individual needs.
- Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and/or account management
- Insurance Producer experience a plus
- Strong phone and personnel skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
