Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Customer Success / Account Management function
  • Works cross-functionally with product and operational teams to resolve client issues

What You’ll Do

  • Own customer satisfaction and retention for assigned client accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with client operational leadership
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and operational challenges
  • Develop and maintain a client success plan starting at implementation kick-off
  • Manage reporting and data deliverables based on client and internal team needs
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to resolve escalated client issues
  • Support research and data efforts needed to troubleshoot and resolve escalations
  • Conduct business impact assessments to identify product gaps and manage expectations
  • Prioritize issues and assess escalation risk that could lead to attrition, ensuring mitigation plans are in place

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of account management or relationship management experience in healthcare
  • Strong preference for experience with commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict mediation
  • Proven ability to document expectations and deliverables and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Strong project management instincts for escalations and multi-team coordination
  • Obsession with customer experience and satisfaction
  • Calm, solutions-first mindset in difficult situations
  • Self-directed, disciplined work ethic with the ability to take initiative
  • Transparent, professional communication style and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
