- Pay range: $26–$30/hour
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts through proactive outreach
- Support field sales by following up on visits, aligning on strategies, and facilitating next steps
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, qualify new leads, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate customer data and track interactions in the CRM daily
- Support product launches, loyalty programs, training events, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate on territory plans and quarterly business reviews to support growth
What You Need
- High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
