Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Training provided on company systems and compliance standards
  • $16.00 – $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Professionally contact patients and authorized parties to resolve outstanding account balances
  • Maintain compliance with all Local, State, and Federal guidelines, as well as company policies
  • Follow structured call techniques to negotiate payment arrangements and provide resolution
  • Identify account situations accurately and update systems with appropriate statuses and notes
  • Utilize available tools and resources to support accurate account resolution
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to management as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional work environment
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with company security policies
  • Meet assigned performance and resolution goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous collections experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail
