Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Training provided on company systems and compliance standards
- $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Professionally contact patients and authorized parties to resolve outstanding account balances
- Maintain compliance with all Local, State, and Federal guidelines, as well as company policies
- Follow structured call techniques to negotiate payment arrangements and provide resolution
- Identify account situations accurately and update systems with appropriate statuses and notes
- Utilize available tools and resources to support accurate account resolution
- Escalate urgent or complex issues to management as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional work environment
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with company security policies
- Meet assigned performance and resolution goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous collections experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
