  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST (or based on business need)

What You’ll Do

  • Submit medical documentation and billing data to insurance payers
  • Research, correct, and appeal denied or rejected claims
  • Prepare, review, and transmit claims via billing software (electronic and paper)
  • Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycles
  • Contact insurance companies regarding payment discrepancies
  • Review insurance payments for accuracy and completeness

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, medical terminology, billing systems, and 10-key
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
