Our Non-profit client is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to wear multiple hats and assist the team as needed. This is a 100% remote position and the successful candidate must be located ANYWHERE in Ontario.
This is a part-time role (15-20hours/week) and would be working Monday – Friday (4 hours per day). This position pays $20.00/hour

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support members requests and questions/monitoring phone lines
- Take meeting minutes and support other staff with administrative requests
- Support AGM/Conference as required
- Support Executive Director with calendar management, etc.
- Attend team and staff meetings and carry out any other Admin duties as assigned
- Work with team on various projects to help with coordination where needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a Program/Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Previous Non-Profit experience is a huge asset!
- Experience in the Health Care industry is a bonus!
