Our Non-profit client is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to wear multiple hats and assist the team as needed. This is a 100% remote position and the successful candidate must be located ANYWHERE in Ontario.

This is a part-time role (15-20hours/week) and would be working Monday – Friday (4 hours per day). This position pays $20.00/hour

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support members requests and questions/monitoring phone lines
  • Take meeting minutes and support other staff with administrative requests
  • Support AGM/Conference as required
  • Support Executive Director with calendar management, etc.
  • Attend team and staff meetings and carry out any other Admin duties as assigned
  • Work with team on various projects to help with coordination where needed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a Program/Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Previous Non-Profit experience is a huge asset!
  • Experience in the Health Care industry is a bonus!
