Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based contract role
- At least 20 hours per week
- Client-facing with daily communication required
What You’ll Do
- Input data accurately and maintain organized records
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and scheduling conflicts
- Draft and edit emails, documents, and reports
- Make travel arrangements and handle last-minute changes
- Process basic orders and purchasing tasks
- Provide consistent, professional communication to clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while protecting sensitive information
What You Need
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- 2+ years of full-time virtual work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools
- Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, and productivity software
