Pay: Starting rate is $5 USD per hour
What You’ll Do
• Enter new employee onboarding information into the HRIS system
• Conduct background checks and coordinate drug testing
• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees
• Respond to employment verification requests
• Coordinate employee travel arrangements
• Process and fulfill company purchase requests
• Order equipment and ensure timely delivery
• Handle mail distribution and manage packages
• Print and organize department checks
• Maintain and update the document management system
• Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS)
• Coordinate company-wide meetings and employee communication events
• Help plan HR events and activities
• Keep the recognition and announcement website up to date
• Provide backup support to the HR Generalist
• Support projects and additional tasks as needed
What You Need
• 1+ year of office experience
• Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers, perform internet research, and type 45 WPM
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Fast, accurate data entry skills
• Must be amenable to working US timezone hours
• Dedicated space to set up a provided device and maintain proper backups
