Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (supporting Burbank, CA headquarters)
- Regular weekday schedule with occasional event-related tasks
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and sourcing new vendors as needed
- Manage office purchases, maintain receipts, and track expenses
- Support cleanliness and presentation of the Burbank headquarters
- Plan, budget, and execute team events to encourage engagement and morale
- Maintain customer data and reporting through the company’s CRM system
- Organize, file, and update documents including legal agreements, contracts, and other company records
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support multiple teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
