What You’ll Do

  • Support an executive by handling administrative functions that protect their time and focus
  • Draft correspondence that reflects the executive’s views and includes some technical context
  • Manage complex administrative situations and conflicts that can’t always be escalated to the executive
  • Ensure assigned work is completed on time and aligned with leadership expectations
  • Schedule travel, manage documentation collection, and handle team communications as needed
  • Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines
  • Track and prioritize tasks across shifting priorities while staying organized and accurate

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Information Technology environments
  • Ability to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and tracking deliverables to completion
