What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with compassion and professionalism
- Build trust and rapport with clients, families, and referral sources to gather key information
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance details
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission, satisfaction, and enrollment goals
- Communicate Charlie Health’s mission and individualized clinical model to prospective clients
- Ensure timely and consistent communication throughout the admissions process
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- 1+ year of Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred
- Experience working with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $54,000 – $60,000 annually
- Target performance-based bonus (total cash comp range: $66,000 – $84,000 annually)
