What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust and gather key demographics, presenting problems, and treatment history
  • Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and potential assistance programs
  • Keep meticulous records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance information
  • Coordinate across internal teams to hit KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to advance clients through the admissions process
  • Confidently pitch Charlie Health’s individualized clinical model in both Spanish and English
  • Meet and exceed admission quotas and performance targets tied to KPIs

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions is a plus)
  • Documented history of exceeding targets in sales or admissions-style roles
  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Comfortable with shift-based scheduling
  • HIPAA familiarity is a plus
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Target base pay: $54,000–$60,000/year
  • Performance bonus target brings total cash comp to $66,000–$84,000/year (final offer depends on location, experience, internal equity, and business needs)
