What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a compassionate, professional way

⦁ Build trust quickly and gather demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history in both Spanish and English

⦁ Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance clearly and accurately

⦁ Maintain meticulous client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance information

⦁ Coordinate with internal teams to drive key metrics like time to admission, admission rates, and client satisfaction

⦁ Follow strict timelines and documentation standards to keep admissions moving smoothly

⦁ Provide consistent communication with prospective clients and referral sources to advance them into Charlie Health’s program

⦁ Pitch Charlie Health’s individualized, innovative care model with confidence and clarity

⦁ Meet and exceed performance goals tied to admissions quotas and KPI targets

What You Need

⦁ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)

⦁ Bachelor’s degree

⦁ 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a strong plus)

⦁ Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales, admissions, or client conversion roles

⦁ 1+ year experience using Salesforce or another CRM regularly

⦁ Comfort working in a fast paced, high volume, phone heavy environment

⦁ Strong multitasking skills and high attention to detail for documentation standards

⦁ Ability to work a shift based schedule

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

⦁ Familiarity with HIPAA policies (plus)

⦁ Experience supporting adolescents and young adults in a mental health context (plus)
