What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a compassionate, inclusive, professional way
  • Build trust and rapport to gather demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history
  • Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and potential assistance programs
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
  • Communicate consistently with clients, families, and referral sources to move admissions forward
  • Pitch Charlie Health’s individualized virtual care model with confidence and empathy

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions is a plus)
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a high-paced environment
  • HIPAA familiarity (preferred)
  • Experience supporting adolescents and young adults in a mental health context (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
