  • State background checks required (Florida requires fingerprint-based check; Charlie Health covers the cost)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust quickly to gather demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history
  • Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance clearly
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce documentation (consents, insurance info, client records)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to hit KPIs (time-to-admission, satisfaction, admission rates)
  • Keep communication timely and consistent to move clients through the admissions pipeline
  • Confidently explain and “sell” Charlie Health’s services and clinical model to families

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions is a plus)
  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding goals (quotas, KPIs, targets)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Comfortable working shift schedules
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • HIPAA familiarity (preferred)
  • Experience with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office + Google Suite
