Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, ME, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA)
- Shift-based schedule (specific shifts listed during application process)
- Compensation: $54,000–$60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus (total target $66,000–$84,000 annually)
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with compassion and professionalism
- Build trust with clients and families while gathering demographics, histories, and presenting issues
- Communicate financial policies and payment options clearly
- Maintain detailed client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance details
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs (admission rates, satisfaction scores, time-to-admission)
- Represent Charlie Health’s mission and model in conversations with prospective clients and families
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years of sales or admissions experience; healthcare admissions a plus
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies and adolescent/young adult mental health a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
