What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients and families
  • Initiate compassionate, timely contact to spark engagement and move clients through early admissions steps
  • Collaborate with Admissions Coordinators to ensure warm handoffs and speed to assessment
  • Maintain accurate, privacy-compliant client records in Salesforce
  • Engage clients, families, and referral sources with professionalism and inclusivity from first contact
  • Identify and resolve early barriers to admission, including scheduling or financial concerns
  • Support reengagement strategies by tailoring outreach to clients who have dropped off
  • Contribute to pipeline management, covering teammates when needed and supporting attendance processes

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
  • Proven record of exceeding performance goals in admissions or client-facing roles
  • 1+ year of Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred
  • Experience with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
