What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients and families
- Build trust and spark interest in Charlie Health’s services through professional, inclusive communication
- Coordinate warm handoffs to Admissions Coordinators for qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, contact status, and intake notes in Salesforce
- Identify and address barriers to admission such as scheduling or financial concerns
- Support reengagement strategies to bring clients back into the admissions process
- Collaborate across teams to refine workflows and outreach strategies
- Assist with pipeline management and ensure clients attend their first group sessions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience; healthcare admissions a plus
- Strong track record of exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work in a high-paced, shift-based environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards a plus
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental health setting (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000–$60,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus potential: total compensation $66,000–$84,000
