Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, ME, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA)
- Shift-based schedules (outlined in application)
- Compensation: $54,000–$60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus (total target $66,000–$84,000 per year)
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients with professionalism and compassion
- Drive early admissions engagement, sparking interest and moving clients forward in the process
- Ensure warm handoffs with Admissions Coordinators to maintain speed and engagement
- Maintain accurate client records including notes, status updates, and contact attempts
- Identify barriers (financial concerns, scheduling, hesitation) and connect clients to the right resources
- Re-engage clients who may have dropped off, using tailored outreach strategies
- Support admissions pipeline management and assist with attendance processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience preferred)
- Track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year using Salesforce or another CRM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental health context preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
