Schedule
Full time, remote (United States). Shift based schedule with expectation of Mon–Fri 8am–5pm MST. You’ll lead a contact center style admissions team and be accountable for service levels, quality, and KPI performance.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high volume inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
⦁ Own hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
⦁ Coordinate schedules and workload distribution to keep operations efficient and balanced
⦁ Drive contact center service levels and call quality standards across the team
⦁ Ensure timely, consistent communication that advances clients through admissions and into care
⦁ Escalate and resolve client and family concerns while keeping the admissions experience high trust and high touch
⦁ Partner with internal teams to hit KPIs like time to admission, admission rates, and client satisfaction
⦁ Develop and implement best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process
⦁ Report performance trends and updates to executive leadership with clear metrics and action plans
What You Need
⦁ 3–6+ years of experience leading or mentoring admissions and or sales teams (healthcare setting is a strong plus)
⦁ 1+ year of Salesforce experience (or comparable CRM), with comfort managing pipeline and documentation standards
⦁ Strong ability to multitask and operate in a fast paced, high volume environment
⦁ Experience running a KPI driven team, including quotas, service levels, and quality measures
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
⦁ Behavioral health experience (plus)
⦁ Familiarity with HIPAA policies (plus)
