What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls with clients, families, and referral sources
  • Own hiring, training, and performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
  • Coordinate schedules and workload distribution to keep operations efficient
  • Maintain strong contact center service levels and call quality
  • Ensure consistent, timely communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources to move admissions forward
  • Coach your team to champion each client’s admissions journey and resolve concerns about the program
  • Partner with internal teams to hit KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement best practices across Admissions and Discharge processes
  • Report performance updates and insights to Executive Leadership

What You Need

  • 3–6+ years of experience leading or mentoring Admissions and/or Sales teams
  • Salesforce experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and operate in a high-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Behavioral health experience (preferred)
  • HIPAA familiarity (preferred)
