Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (#LI-REMOTE)
- Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm MST
- Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
- Oversee scheduling and workload distribution to maintain efficiency and service quality
- Drive team performance to meet admissions quotas and KPIs (admission rates, satisfaction scores, time-to-admission)
- Ensure consistent, compassionate communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
- Develop best practices for admissions and discharge processes
- Provide performance updates and insights to executive leadership
What You Need
- 3+ years leading or mentoring admissions or sales teams
- 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare admissions
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA preferred
- Experience with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
