About the Role

As an Application Specialist, you will primarily be working on customer engagement and experience within the Anatomage Table team. We are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking Application Specialists to: train customers both virtually and in-person on Anatomage products; prepare training resources and activities to be used in the classroom; thoughtfully answer customers inquiries and support questions; and gather helpful customer feedback to improve the quality of our products to exceed our customers expectations. This specific role will also spend their time working on other internal projects such as contributing to software testing, creating videos for our marketing teams, and other projects that may arise surrounding the Anatomage Table. This person will be an integral part of the team, working alongside a group of subject matter experts who have an impact on our educational resources that we provide.

The ideal candidate has a passion for customer success with a degree in Biology, Chemistry or any other related sciences with some experience in Anatomy & Physiology. This person must have strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to participate in next-generation 3D anatomy visualization.

*This is a remote position and will require reporting out of either Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA or Oklahoma City, OK.*

What Youll Do

  • Product training and demonstrations (up to 25% travel required to customer sites)
  • Develop product contents and activities for customers
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
  • Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones
  • Project research and development as needed
  • Present team accomplishments and progress

Requirements

Qualities We Look For:

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry or any other related sciences
  • 2+ years of professional experience
