Appointment Setter
Location: Remote Remote PH
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join their sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage prospects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their potential as clients.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on lead availability and salesperson schedules.
- Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to keep them engaged.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments.
- Maintain a record of daily call activities, including calls made and appointments scheduled.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to address prospect inquiries effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and strategies.
- Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

- At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
- Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
