What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and build rapport
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of the client’s products/services
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and assessing fit
- Schedule appointments for sales reps based on lead availability and rep calendars
- Enter accurate lead and appointment details into the CRM
- Follow up with leads to keep engagement strong and communication timely
- Collaborate with the sales team to share key context for scheduled appointments
- Track daily activity including calls made and appointments scheduled
- Stay up to date on product/service knowledge and industry trends to handle prospect questions
What You Need
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport by phone
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and strong data entry accuracy
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets
- Positive, self-motivated work style
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Willingness to learn and adapt as scripts/processes evolve
- Sales experience is a plus
