What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and build rapport
- Clearly communicate the value of products and services
- Qualify leads by asking key questions to assess fit
- Schedule sales appointments around prospect and sales team availability
- Log and update lead details in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and interest
- Share appointment details with the sales team for smooth handoffs
- Maintain records of daily call activities and results
- Stay informed about industry trends and client offerings
What You Need
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related sales role
- Excellent communication and phone skills with a persuasive edge
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and accurate data entry habits
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets
- Positive, adaptable attitude and self-motivation
