What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, fax, and email
  • Resolve customer concerns about adjustments, reconciliations, and billing disputes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues
  • Uphold high standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and data security
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all AR protocols
  • Represent Verisma with care and efficiency in every interaction

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or accounts receivable
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word; able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Strong professionalism and commitment to service excellence
