What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, fax, and email
- Resolve customer concerns about adjustments, reconciliations, and billing disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Uphold high standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and data security
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all AR protocols
- Represent Verisma with care and efficiency in every interaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or accounts receivable
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word; able to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Strong professionalism and commitment to service excellence
