What You’ll Do
- Pull medical records from various EMR systems
- Scan medical records and ensure documents are organized and accessible
- Link medical records to the correct patient accounts
- Process appeals online and through EBC software
- Learn and navigate multiple carrier portals and appeal forms
- Support additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues and drive resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a rapid, changing environment with competing deadlines
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
