WHO YOU ARE:
This role will drive high performance quality deliverables ensuring the desired level of productivity, Transactional Quality and Coaching skills. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the requirements. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of around 20-25 individuals working on high-level of case processing. Also, you’ll be ensuring that everything is in accordance with the SOP/Procedures defined by the client as well as documenting and share findings with operations to initiate corrective measures and actively participate in optimizing audit framework engagements.

- Adhere to company policies, and US state & federal guidelines when facilitating transaction processing.
- Evaluate insurance policy coverage and calculate respective transaction amounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Should have spent a tenure of 24 months with organization, and 12 months in current position
- Should have obtained rating of 3 & above in last appraisals
- 2+ years’ relevant work experience is mandatory
- Focused resource with domain expertise
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes.
- Ability to work with strict timelines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards.
- Must have good Email & Letter writing skills.
- Good understanding of MS-Excel and MS-Outlook.
- Ability to work with strict timelines and should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.
