About the role

Location: This position is remote and candidates must be located in the Dallas/Fort worth area.

As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll be on the frontlines of our customer acquisition efforts, leveraging cutting-edge lead tools and engaging in self-driven prospecting to secure new logos in your assigned territory. In this role, you won’t just be making calls-you’ll be making an impact and taking your career to the next level.

Compensation: For candidates in New York, the base salary is $60K plus $60K commission variable.

Travel Requirements: Overnight travel required, up to 40%.

We’re looking for a hungry, results-driven individual who’s eager to take the next big leap in their sales career. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of Solutions Engineers and Onboarding Teams, implementing tailor-made solutions to ensure every customer gets the best possible experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Driving customer acquisition and sales growth within an assigned territory.
  • Partnering with Solutions Engineers and Onboarding Teams to implement unique, tailored solutions for new clients.
  • Helping shippers streamline their fulfillment process with the most efficient, cost-effective strategies.

  • Preferably experience in technology solutions or carrier services, but a strong drive to learn and grow is key.
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding.
