What You’ll Do
- Deliver world-class customer support as the first line of contact for technical and product inquiries
- Guide users through platform features and troubleshoot issues via email, chat, and calls
- Escalate complex tickets while staying the customer’s point of contact until resolution
- Partner with Customer Education for live training and onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify product opportunities
- Contribute to internal knowledge base articles, tutorials, and support documentation
- Act as an expert on new features, supporting beta testing and feedback initiatives
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing product or customer support role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Comfortable learning new technologies and workflows
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and software applications
