Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Customer Focus: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues escalated by the Support team. Analyze trends and identify recurring problems to proactively improve the product.
- Technical Expertise: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone understands the product requirements.
- Product Innovation: Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to define product needs and functionalities. Translate these needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Agile Development: Create detailed work items for identified bugs and enhancements for efficient resolution by the Development team.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets the requirements.
- Communication Champion: Clearly communicate actions taken, findings, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders across Product Management, Development, and Support.
- Knowledge Management: Document all troubleshooting processes and solutions accurately and completely.
- Collaborative Communication: Partner with customer-facing communication teams to ensure timely updates are reflected in product documentation.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
- 2+ years of recent product management experience or customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify and address product challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for technology and a drive to create innovative products that delight customers.
