Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal service centers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) regarding daily activities, inventory, and order execution to ensure timeline pick-up and delivery of goods
  • Support the replenishment team through clear and timely verbal and written communication
  • Collect, verify, input, and reconcile customer inventory data while coordinating inventory across multiple service centers
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting of customer needs
  • Manage daily activities using various software platforms
  • Assist in truck load building and optimization
  • Support customer processes to ensure consistent service and execution
  • Achieve tactical and operational Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
  • Maintain relationships with transportation and supply teams to meet customer service levels
  • Adapt to changes in inventory and market flows due to weather conditions to meet customer demands

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in agriculture or supply chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Thrives in a collaborative work environment as a team player
  • Strong relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions within established policies and procedures
