What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media—handling conversations in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and process requests (including payments)
- De-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Track call information for reporting and quality purposes
- Provide feedback on recurring issues
- Upsell services when required
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
- 18 years or older with typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable with computers and Windows-based systems
- Prior sales or call center experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively
Work From Home Requirements
- Internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, <50ms ping, no packet loss
- No Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Proof of internet speed required
- Quiet, private home workspace
